At my first consultation Transitions Indy, I received an education in how the hair grows. In addition, my consultant, Melissa Green discussed my detailed medical history. This enabled me to understand what treatments would or would not work for me. I felt confident and comfortable in the decision I made to do laser treatments. I signed up on the first day and have not regretted it. I feel like my hair has filled in and my hair is healthier and stronger. I would Transitions Indy to anyone looking to improve or grow their hair. I love the staff, Tori, Berkeley, Maddie, Larissa, and everyone who greet you when you come in the door. They make you feel like you're a part of their family.
After 45 treatments and a year of maintenance, I must say I am more than pleased with the results. My dermatologist had said my receding hairline areas would not grow back hair due to alopecia. Thus, my goal was just to stop the hair loss versus hair growth. I am happy to say the loss has stopped, my hair is thick, and, best of all, I even have some growth back in a few areas! The staff have been incredibly friendly and accommodating when needing to change appointments. My consultant, Melissa, has been thorough, honest, and my best cheerleader throughout this process. Yes, the price is high, but the value of my self-esteem (not to mention the cost of wigs), was worth it for me.

I have battled breast cancer twice. Each time I lost all my hair due to the chemo. In March of 2017 I finished my last round of chemo. In July of 2018 my hair still had only grown a few inches, was very fine and could see my scalp. It looked terrible so I was wearing a wig. I heard a commercial on WZPL about Transitions of Indiana. I decided to go and have a consultation. I started the laser treatments the end of July and by December my hair had grown twice the amount that it had in a year in a half.
